@sheetalgahalyan Store it for the next time. or u can make smaller quantities.or grind the tomato,ginger,garlic separately from the other DRY spices,paddy,moong dal,channa dal.

hmmm never knew using coconut milk and garam masala in sambar....i dont think am ever going to use them....
