I HATE the "enhanced" sound versions of this movie. I once recorded an edited version of this film on TV with my VCR. It had the old mono track and I loved it. I'll take it over these DVDs any day!

@Takeshi357 Current DVD versions of the Terminator in the US does have the mono though atleast as far as Im aware

My dream is to someday recreate this gun: find an original AMT Hardballer .45 Longslide, get a reproduction laser (probably a custom job), and see people look like this: 0.0 every time I pull it out.

Apparently the blu-ray also omits the mono track. Doh!
Since the US special edition had gone out of print, I opted for the region 3 SE which was still available AND includes the mono track.
