@maryspawn my bad I meant swaying as in from left to right. It's an easier way to make the 8 motion without the flick, or the elbows doing windshield wipper movements.

@maryspawn No silly. You said nothing about swaying your hands. You talk about going forward then going backwards. I'm talking about swaying the 8's.

Can you put up a tutorial on how to put twist and all that into your liquid? If not, is it just like this, just moving your hands around more?

@maryspawn i think you're explination is to complex, unless you're just doing small 8's. It's easier to just go left over right, then right over left, while swaying your hands back and forth. The flick throws it off, unless your going super fast.
