Fallout 3-Does it Lag?

My little brother said that our Fallout 3 game lagged a lot. This is untrue. Yes, I know V.A.T.S. lags a bit and it lags when there are a lot of people around, but those situations are a minority. Please leave your response in comments.

theres a way to fix lag on fallout 3 without buying a anew pc... i got the gma 4500 chipset and i get 30 fps simply cause i did this )go to your start menu, click my documents (or documents idk which it is on ur computer but on mine its my documents), go to my games, click fallout 3, and go into fallout.ini and look for usenewterrainsystem and itll say something like usenewterrainsystem = 1, change the 1 to a 0, then save and close, then go to falloutprefs.ini and do the same, then strt the game

@march12314 Come on, don't be a cheap bastard. If you buy a new PC you will be helping to further PC technology. Think of it that way. I had a PC for 3 years and baught a new one even though i could have waited 5 years. It's true though that PC's are like cars and depreciate as soon as you buy them. But shit man, anything is better than lag on your PC.
