Alas, I managed to find out some more info on Allan Taylor, his website can be found pretty easily via Google. An amazing career he has had too, as an investigative journalist and TV producer!

Nice clip even though I am not a Spurs fan! Thames Sport used to go out on a Friday night in between kids TV on ITV and the 5.45 ITN News. It was a good programme, and I remember the previous theme tune being the same one that they used for Midweek Sports Special. Other presenters included Ronald Allison (used to work for the Royal Family!), John Taylor and Brian Moore. BTW, does anyone know whatever ever happened to Alan Taylor???
