I'll give a theory as to his wanting not to have a majority CSA business. Before I explain, let me say that I'm a business owner. I'm guessing he's cash poor and cannot hire a lot of people for boxing, delivery, etc. So, he wants to streamline his business into a few different sources. Mainly, having dedicated restaurants and co-ops to deliver to, hence cutting down on his labor/shipping costs. I can understand that. Good luck to him. I always support the innovators.

Great video! I've been a market gardener for 20 years selling at farmer's markets and CSA.You don't sound too happy with CSA why is that? Also why the huge fences?If its because of deer a single strand of electric fence wire about 2 ft off the ground will do the trick.Put peanut butter on the wire right after you put it up and the deer will be attracted to it,touch their nose to it and learn not to do that again! It doesn't harm them just frightens them.Its worked wonders for me!
