I also agree - I just watched a reel that's less than a minute long and it blew me away -very exciting, very realistic and very fluid...the editor did a great job. I think the called polymime do a you tube search you should find it.

@PoliceCadaverDog This is and animation Reel of a Company called Ene Solutions, from Brazil, they're not trying to get a job, they're trying to get more work ;) But i agree that there's too much crap for an animation reel and it's too long.
