@ilovewathsala I understand where your coming from and agree with you on Lankans judgmental,cruel, sexist ways. My career and years of travel has given me wisdom to know that we are NOT the worst and there is racism every where. The difference is developed countries take measures to prevent and to teach the young of acceptance and open mildness for the most part. Primarily unfortunately its countries of color that mainly encourages such behavior. So lets change it starting with you and me :)

Im not talking only about this incident.We boast so much about our culture but I have seen no country that insult other people for no reason.also we are SO jealous of others happiness.We DON`T LOVE our country but yet WE are RACIST.I am not talking about LTTE issue.Just that we dont respect people from other races.We claims we are true Buddhists and no doubt we have a great history.but if you take last 60yrs I would say we are among the worst ethnic groups ever existed on earth.

@danceskinj I urge please change the narrow minded culture we are becoming. Let us be more accepting and less judgmental of others! Let us not take joy in criticizing others! It is not only the singhalese who do this, it is the cruel nature of man. What is important is having good people who recognize this and work to change the way things are...

@ilovewathsala Its true what they are doing to this poor girl is so wrong. Its true what has happened to this family is awful. But in Sri Lanka attacking a girl's character is the nastiest thing sexist asses of the media do best. It is not the race that is the problem, it is the culture we have become. A true Singhalese is a man of kindness, loving compassion, joy at other's happiness and accepting those for they are. It is represented by our flag. So those men she speaks of are not Sinhalese.

2. If u have any kids, baseball bat them too - on an off chance they will be remotely similar to you.
3. Now use a shot gun at point black range on those in (1) and (2), just in case.
4. Repeat step 3 for your self.
