Very nostalgic for me, Sonny Morris and his Jazzmen were a regular booking at a weekly Jazz Club held in a cafe at Kingsbury Swimming Pool way back in the early 60's. Sadly the Club closed because the acoustics were terrible and ambience of the venue just not suited to Jazz. But those Monday nights were the only opportunity for me to hear live jazz as I was young and had to be home by 10.30pm
