Docta P Tunnel Chute Riverboarding Movie

Docta P (Peter Lamka) riverboarding class V Tunnel Chute on the Middle Fork of the American River during the recent filming of a short riverboarding movie. The director of photography was Dion Beebe, who won an Oscar in 2006 for best cinematography, and another cameraman was world-class extreme kayaker and filmmaker Scott Lindgren, who won an Emmy for cinematography. Suffice it to say we felt incredibly grateful and thrilled to have such a great crew - from the producer to the director and AD's down to the make-up staff. It was an awesome experience. The water was FAST and fun to riverboard, too!
