Death By Deletion, Electronification, Healthcare And The Adventist Health System/Cerner Cover-up
A major issue for public health and safety in the US and internationally is the manipulation of electronic medical records by the corporations to limit their liability for malpractice on patients and injured workers who are entitled to workers compensation. The Adventist Heath System according to former Adventist Health System IT worker Patricia Moleski illegally manipulated their records to limit liability and violated privacy laws and other protections.
She also discovered that due to a glitch in the electronic system at Adventist Health System improperly gave drug injections and these were leading in some cases to the deaths of patients. This was also covered up by the company according to Moleski. Moleski went under cover with the FBI to expose the Federal and State crimes and later came under physical attack herself and her family when her home was shot at and her car was firebombed.

Although this information has been provided to members of Congress and Senator Charles Grassley as well as Attorney General Eric Holder no action has been taken both to protect Patricia Moleski and prosecute blatant violations of the law.
The Cerner corporation was aware of glitches in their electronic system but did nothing to rectify these serious systemic problems in their electronic system and the possible dangers to the public. Billions of US government funds are going to these corporations for electronification of healthcare records without proper protection and training to understand the laws.
A press conference was also held outside the US Justice Department to demand Attorney General Holder that he investigate and prosecute those responsible but they have refused to prosecute these crimes and the cover-up of the violations of the law.

Patricia Moleski was terminated 2 months after she reported these incidents to Global Compliance and the FBI. She continues to be retaliated against, even after the previous Claims Director told her that AHS management knew of the deletions and problems with Cerner. Moleski continues to be litigated against by a corrupt system. You can look up material regarding the Cerner glitches on google and look up articles regarding the glitch of overdose by exchange of kilograms and pounds.

You are right...there are two sides to every story...truth or fiction. What has any one person to gain in coming forward with this information? This woman worked for the company for 6 years and was a spiritual ambassador for the coroporate offices. She also worked with the FBI regarding the fraud occuring there. It is a difficult situation for anyone to face, but in the end, the truth will prevail.

this obviously only one sided. courts listen to both sides, so if the court doesn't do anything, maybe the other side of the story is more credible.

Governor of Florida Rick Scott passed the sovereign immunity laws so that NO injured, DEAD patients family members can receive over $100,000 in a, medical or wrongful death lawsuit. Hospitals have made themselves immune to lawsuits by claiming sovereign immunity,they are a GOVERNMENT AGENCY and you can't SUE them. ( exception to the 100k is if the victim had a dependent and then dependent can also get 100k) NO award be above 200k and as said unless the victim has dependent, CAP of 100k.

I guess if shes fighting alone pro-se they know they can beat her down. the less people who know and are aware it can be swept under the rug and forgotten. The attempts on her life, attempts to scare her by home invasion, scare her ( warning, setting her car on fire ) didn't work.

Whats next? you would think there MUST be someone to help this lady, but sadly, I think she was right, you just can't fight corruption like this when the very entity has such deep connections with the corrupted.
