yes it is, and I did the AI for the movies, so you might like this game (and the sequel Kudos: Rock Legend)

This is great game! Something like Sims, but takes much less space, and it's kinda easier to play, even through sims have more details and are more realistic, but I like both

i love this game i just finished my 10 years as a chef making 130k a year i made 4 citizens arrests(i counted) :p and i had a gf i also had taken acting and maxed that out also i road a harley and had full guitar/skateboarding btw can u get married????
