The World Change Foundations is pleased to announce the official launch of a symbolic coin that will unite mankind and raise money for children all around the world.
On September 29, 2009 at the GM place in Vancouver and on October 5, 2009 at the Air Canada Center in Toronto, Canada, "CHANGE" The World Peace Coin was officially launched in conjunction with "Free the Children, the largest network of children helping children through education" on their National "We Days."
The CHANGE Coin was given to 32,000 student leaders from across Canada to honour them for their vision, passion and humanitarian actions that are making our world a better place for everyone. This history making events includes guest speakers such as the Honorary Dalai Lama, Dr. Jane Goodall, Mia Farrow, Robert Kennedy Jr., Scott Hood, the creator of the World Peace Coin and performers like Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, Jason Mraz and many more. The World coin was created with love for all humanity. The message encapsulated in the World Coin captures and embraces the essence of life. It is a message of hope for the world and for each of us to help guide everyone reach for a better life. The Coin will remind and inspire the world to see the power and beauty that lives in all of us, and the opportunities we have all been given to make a difference in the world. The Coin is a memorandum to the world that it is time for "CHANGE".
