Were there two versions of this movie trailer? Because I remember seeing the hand/claw not only clearer but I thought for some reason that when the bassinet turned I thought sure that the claw flung over the side as opposed to just sitting there over the edge. This trailer as the trailers for Magic, The Exorcist and Suspiria trailer used to absolutely terrify me as a little girl. I used to go into a stomach churning panic everytime the television shows we were watching would go to commercial

Yes, there was a claw. this commercial scared the hell out of me when i was 14. I had to run out of the room or change the channel every time it came on.

I remember that poster and also in the newspaper ad for it as well. There was the bassinet and the claw over the edge.

I remember that version too. Vividly! I was so afraid of seeing that trailer I would literally have anxiety attacks every time the tv program I was watching would go to commercial. It was terrifying for a kid like me!

OMG!!!! I would leave the room so as not to see/hear it! :P First time I saw this I was in the house alone in the dark, only the tv. It terrified me all summer! Funny now, tho. :)

The version with the claw popping out at the end scared the pee out of me when I was a kid, I was just 4, but remember it and the Halloween commercial, "the night he came home" like it was yesterday!
