Last xmas Southern cross gave employee's a massive $5 voucher as a bonus . The residents were allocated £2.50 each for xmas presents . We were that embarrassed we gave the activities officer our vouchers so she could buy some half decent presents for our lovely residents . Southern Cross senior management have always been about profit . Each and every one of us know without doubt that they don't give a fig about their workers or their residents as long as they're reaping in the cash .
