im 15, and moving too the coast of Maryland in a few months, and i really want to get into kiteboarding, but from everything ive read, i will need lessons even though i get how everything works.. how long and whats the cost of the lessons?

@noahzoryahoocom You need lessons. Even if you think you get the idea of kiteboarding. YOu can hurt yourself or others around you. It would be like trying to fly a plane with out lessons. Not a good idea. lessons are around 100 per hour. Cheaper if you buy a package of lessons. 5-900 bucks for training 2-3 days.

Depends where you live and where you are willing to drive. Plenty of places on the CHesapeake Bay. If you are on the Eastern Shore then you got spots all over from the Delaware coast to Maryland coast. I run Ospre kite sports. We provide maryland's only instruction and charted/guide service.
