LEGALLY he HAD TO INTERVENE.... he DIDNT HAVE TO order the shooting he could have told the SEALS to stand down. Cmon Sean. His DECISION was legally required but the decision to engage or not to engage was the presidents. and what bothers me the most is hannity knows this . hannity is such an asshole . he would have been kissing Bushs ass if he did the exact same thing Obama did.

@witzerdog It's because of his foreign policy, but the thing is there is 60 yrs worth of history that people forget about with our foreign policy.
