Anybody who enjoyed their days in High School can relate very closely to this song and video. I've searched for this video for many years so I figured I'd share just in case there are others who are looking for it.

So many comments are about living life to the fullest in high school and missing that chapter of life. But this song isn't about high school being the highlight of life nor lost dreams. Its about ordinary lives being so wonderful...instead of being an actress being happy with being a mother and directing kids to act. It doesn't seem to me as a sad song, but a realization that we all turned out just fine despite falling short of dreams.

Life happens to everyone in some shape or form...I always tell my children enjoy ur childhood, everyday to the fullest because life happens...

@legalglitz I agree with you so much. Find someone you have things in common with. I spent most of my life around people I didn't have a thing in common with and found out they weren't really friends to begin with. Married a girl I didn't love back in 1985. Been single since 1987. Kinda starting life all over again at age 47.
Gonna have fun with what years I have left. Good post Jeg !!!!!

It's been 6 years since I graduated High School. I'm not a grad student in Marine Biology like I always dreamed but you know what?? I'm enjoying the life I have too much to care.
