If i know Abra's history? If you look at the pictures of the old tingguian circa 1910, such as those in the Smithsonian, what is being shown in the featured dance DOES NOT come even close to the tadik. Do not ask me if i know the history of Abra...

admirable feat by the HS students. thanks NCCA for bringing in the hybridization of the filipino culture and arts. what a sad thing to happen.
The clothes and dances are not even close to what were the traditional dance or clothes of the indigenous people of Abra... I do not recall seeing those kind of costumes in my research on the Tingguian (or its' sub-tribes like the Maeng or Moyadan ) or any IP communities in the Cordilleras.
