i greatly respect people meditating to find true inner peace/enlightenment etc but my belief is that the "universre" providing us with the means of reaching are goals is not the universre but allmighty allah. anyone meditating to find the true power of the mind and soul and to become complete should remember there is a difference between the creator and creation this is what the buddah had forgotten.
