  • Love this song!

Did Launching Place ever dare to use it?

I mean, it's a pretty sharp poke at rock festivals.

Still relevant to today's Big Days Out, too!

  • The (2) Launching Place festivals both got rained out - which wasn't what I had in mind. But, I agree; nothing much has changed..

  • So nice to see some of Lee Neale's work on youtube.

  • Manfred Mann's Earth Band did this and one other Spectrum Song on the Good Earth album

  • My favourite Aussie band !

    Mike Rudd's unique vocals !

Lee Neale's organ sounds gave them the Spectrum sound !

Billy Putt just looking tall and so cool !

Shame Mark Kennedy didn't stay ,longer, but I guess brilliant drumming would not have been the required Spectrum sound !

  • Excellent; thanks Mike - it would be great if all the old video material could some day be included on a DVD.

This song always fondly reminds me of the (washed out) Launching Place pop festival (what I can remember of it ! )
