I agree. While, we do have the option of building NBC shelters for ourselves, the gov't hasn't provided that for us. Also, even if you do have a shelter, the gov't. seems very hesitant to actually let you know by siren if any kind of attack is emenent (SP?) so as not to scare the crap out of people. They'll maybe raise it to the next highest threat condition but never "Red".
