China State Grid EV Promo Highlighting Kandi Technologies (KNDI)

This 8 minute video in Chinese was produced by China's State Owned electric company State Grid which services over a billion people. As you can see at the end it was produced in Dec. 2010, but even at this early date before SG announced Quick Battery Exchange (QBEX) as their preferred model over "plug-in", NASDAQ listed Kandi Technologies (KNDI) is highlighted as the only EV on the clip showing its headquarters and Manufacturing Facility. KNDI's portion runs for about a minute and a half beginning around the 3:50 mark.

Since this was produced a year ago, KNDI has spent millions upgrading and increasing capacity and has now become SG's "Golden Child" and the leader in EV's in China with its two affordable "Peoples Cars" and patented QBEX technology as seen throughout the China Media. As of this posting, recent China Media reports Gov subsides for KNDI's EV's approaching some USD$150 million are in place for EV sales through the end of 2012.
