every time i save as gif, after it finishes saving, it says either system error code 8, or out of memory. i don't get the memory cuz i looked and i have 200 gb free of memory. please read and respond. thanks!!

it has a little lock next to my video and if i get it on windows movie maker, its just a still image of the beginning.

i tried this but when i got up to save as gif and w.e it starts saving gets half way through then says ''system error code 8'' or ''out of memory'' i know for a fact im not out of memory on my comp unless it means pivot itself. any ideas?
