Instant Tranquility is a guided hypnotic session for deeply relaxing, which uses NLP techniques to lull the listener into a deep sense of calm, melting away stress and anxiety, and reducing the chances of experiencing panic attacks.

*May cause drowsiness. Do not use this session when you need to be alert or drive a car/operate machinery.

Instant Tranquility is just one of several free anxiety-busting bonuses available with the award winning EasyCalm Anxiety Video Series (see the link above for details about the series).

NOTE: the YouTube version is in mono, but the original takes advantage of wide stereo audio for a more emmersing, relaxing experience.

The series is designed specifically to stop panic attacks and anxiety, and promote greater feelings of acceptance, self-confidence and calm in everyday life.

You may notice that some of the language in this session sounds "weird." But keep in mind that this session uses NLP techniques that speak directly to the unconscious mind -- it doen't matter at all how it is percieved consciously--you'll still get results, no matter how high your current level of anxiety or frequency of panic attacks. It's even a great stress buster to just relax and chill after a long or stressful day.

  • @TheGamblerATX i havent been on xanax for a while now because i havent been going out that much, but when i go out if i dont have xanax i feel really scared sometimes unkess im dealing with people that i already know. i try doing what u said, my doctor tells me to try breathing techniques but those dont work either, so right now im stuck in the same spot...:(

  • @putaspekpek Xanax works for sure, but be careful with it. I went to my car today to take some, only to realize I was out. I paused, talked out loud to myself and said "I do not need Xanax to feel better". Anxiety is a significant dose of "paralysis by analysis". You're not crazy. Far from it. Most people with anxiety are highly intelligent and creative, conjuring up a racing mind of negative thought patterns. Talk out loud to yourself. Ask, "What am I truly afraid of here?

  • Bro that's some good mofon shot right there

  • um this isnt realy workin for me, can someone help suggest something? i get panic attacks, and anti social, especially when im around loads of ppl, if i dont take my xanax its pure hell goin outside, been on xanax for years now. this clip makes me feel a little bit relaxed but in my mind i constantly drift off thinking about other things n stressful things too, i dont know if its cus of my add, anyone got any suggestions?

  • can you please credit the person speaking? .i would love to hear more relaxation sessions of his if there are any available.great voice!

  • @ApeyApeApe LMFAO! I imagined that.

  • Anyways, I'm going to give this vid a try while I need to be relaxed...hopefully it does something positive since I really don't want to have to rely on Ativan anymore. Good luck to all of you.

  • I've had anxiety for quite a while now and I find that the worst of it comes when I'm driving. It always happens when I'm on the freeway; I feel like I'm going to pass out or something and cause an accident.. Negative thoughts start racing through my mind because exits are few and far between, so I actually avoid taking the freeway whatsoever now, I won't even just take the collector lanes anymore...express, no way in hell (I live in a big Canadian urban center, we have huge highways..).
