Jeff, you are under-reacting. That said, I think 5.2MM/Qtr is a not enough for a coach plus its not pegged to any performance indicators. In addition, we have some cool local coaches yet they never see their day in the sun - we should send these guys abroad for training, provide them with training materials (like videos and resources) and then have them sign performance contracts for bonuses. Alternatively, why not just adapt the rugby model - it seems to work perfectly.

a real good look at things, why lie, I feel sick just thinking of the resources the government has mobilized to welcome that replica of a trophy, cos believe me, the real world cup trophy is with the italians. Coca cola marketing ploy that Kenyans and Africans as a whole are falling for. As for coach Hey, if he was in england, he would have been sacked ages ago. I wonder why we put up with him. Another government project gone bad.
