Dude, wake up...The initial Tea Party movement was formed by people, from ALL political factions, who were ticked off at the direction this country is heading. That movement has since been co-opted by Republicans under the Tea Party Express, an off-shoot of Americans For Prosperity, a Koch Industries foundation.
It is establishment, establishment, establishment. When resentment is grows toward one party, they prop up a representative of the other as the savior.
