I am not a big fan of best buy customer service but yeah seriously retail sucks to work in, im sure they were polite and courteous to the customers but sometimes people drive you mad and you need to blow off "irritation steam" ! as evident in this video! :)

I mean hell, did YOU ever work retail? The average consumer is about as intelligent as a cockroach.

I say good for these guys for being able to laugh about bad customers, rather than getting stressed out about it. I also say that you're confusing bad customer service with blowing off steam.

U think thats bad? Some cheap ass hole bitching about a $1000 camera being too expensive? I work at a grocery store and have customers bitching about 10 cents. I once had a customer complain about literally 2 cents
