Nice effort. But you need to slow that reel down! Around 8 secs would be a good starting point. The line lifting like that is costing you distance. Check my vid out. Tournament Castng-Reel Cam 2,

Nice casting - very envious (I need to practice more !).

Technically, the term is Over-run. Colloquialisms vary around the world, Birdsnest is probably the most common as it's easy to picture, backlash is another.....in my neck of the words we call it a "Frap-Up" or "frapping". Wherever your from, it's makes no difference what you call it as it's an undesirable that's the same the world over.
