Dear Viewers,

I want to tell you about my experience with YouTube on how it played a "dirty trick" to remove the video :

Ratan Tata and Nira Radia Conversation - 2G Spectrum - Part 1 of 2

The Nira Radia Tapes were posted in YouTube in 2 parts :

1. Ratan Tata and Nira Radia Conversation - 2G Spectrum - Part 1 of 2

2. Ratan Tata and Nira Radia Conversation - 2G Spectrum - Part 2 of 2

The #1 video was easily accessible by public and had over 90,000 hits. It had details about Ratan Tata's revealing conversation with Nira Radia.

Then nearly 2 weeks ago I got an email saying that the video was eligible for "revenue sharing" (see email below). So I submitted the video for revenue sharing as it prompted me to do so.

After couple of days I got another email message from YouTube saying that the video has been disabled (see email below).

I believe YouTube must have come under some pressure to completely disable the video. So basically they "baited" me through "dirty trick" and found an excuse to get the video off public.

If you have the Ratan Tata / Nira Radia Audio Tapes I would urge you to make a video and post it so that everyone can access it....

My respect for Tata has grwn 100 folds after this.

Why is Tata being shown in neg light? He didnt say anything wrong. Even through this disc on an issue whr stakes were high, he is standing on the right side, wishing othr ppl hd similar ethics. Even Radia is acknowledging that he is suffering bec they dont do unethical "leveraging". I see that this lady is so intelligent. How good it would be for the country if these people use their intelligence and knowledge for the betterment of the people than scams which ultimately get them caught. On top of it no one will know where this huge scam money goes. The money is lost just lost. Lakhs of crores which is the tax money paid by hard working middle class people is just lost. Ratan Tata is not all that clean.

Finally Tata comes clean, and it has also been proven that they were rather disadvantaged. Now will anyone take the responsibility of being judgmental, and also for choosing wrong Netas because of which groups like Tatas have suffer, and are forced to even consider stretching the ethics...

I only wonder, being the chief executive of most respected industrial group in India - The TATA Group - how come Ratan Tata discusses such matters with outside PR persons like Nira Radia.

He should have left this murky business to his down the line executives. After all, this matter was only a business matter and much smaller than his reputation, more so after the great Indian NANO success. Bad that it happened in the last years of his career life.
