  • this isn't for personal trainers, if you knew about shoulders, you would do a vertical push, though you probably don't even know what that is

  • uh yeah, go ahead and do this, then come and see me so I can fix your injuries. Push-ups on upright dumbbells is not safe.

  • True, all he need to do is to put his hands on the floor instead or on some orange sized balls to get the instabillity in a safe way.
