A lonely shaman sittin' out on a raid night
Longing for a raid spot he just can't touch
If at any time the heals go OOM then he'll get right in
But they don't realize it hurts him so much

But all the feedback just ain't helpin' at all
We don't have fancy HoT's or bubbles
So we need a straight up throughput buff to keep up with them
Resto Shaman are in trouble

Raids put out damage that our Shaman can't handle

Please take Unleash Elements right off the GCD
So we can use it 'fore our tank plants face

I had a raid spot yesterday
But too many buffs have come and gone
Leaving the shaman class behind to decay
Is it because my Mana Tide is so great?
Then why do Priests get Hymn of Hope, and Druids get an Innervate?

Compare our heals through and through
Our Healing Wave cannot do
As much as Heal, or Nourish, or Holy Light can do
Yet still our mana costs are so high
Longevity's not so hot
Despite being a mana bot

My only bleedin' hope is that the Blizzard team can cope
with bringing Shaman in line
with their 3-role raiding paradigm
Who's to blame for balancing us around Healing Rain
Bloodlust/Heroism, and a spirit-stacking mana gain?

Despite the homogenizing of the healers we're left flying
with the niches and the gimmicks
tryin' hard to break our limits

Just for clarity, I'm not askin' to be OP
I just don't think it's fair to punish us for our utility

Thank god someone gets it! I love healing on my shaman but lately it's nails on a chalkboard only to be put on the bench because whatever I can do everyone else can do better.
