Where I can buy / order a cashew cracking / deshelling manual machine (like in your video)?

I would like to find out the whole HOME procedure from A to Z sense the nuts are picked up from the tree. Do I need to boil them before cracking? Guess factory procesing is totally different then what you can do hand cracking / deshelling cashew at home?!emely hard to cut them into half. Must be very experimented to do this.

If I try to cut the cashew just when is sundryed the nuts are not coming out (only by crumbling). I tried to roast them in the oven at home but I got a very poisoning oil which burned my finger. And by hand is extremely hard to cut them into half. Must be very experimented to do this.

We just eat the fruits (which are really very delicious), but I like the nuts as well. Need to find out how to process them. Can anyone help me?

@umblataprinlume Hi, you can do it exactly like they do in the video. the less you touch it the better. Here they dip there fingers into oil before handling the cashew. You could wear gloves too. They cut the cashew in half and pick out the meat. After that they are dried and or roasted.
