I made a special summary video as a thanks for those who were involved with BCRF's 1st year. I've broken it down into parts for You Tube so please watch each one.

Note: No comment approvals from 'reenactors' who think we 'need help' or 'suck' or any other variation of such. I check IDs to see who you are as well so if your page does not have you swordfighting then how can we even take you seriously. This video was many years ago. The style that I have taught the cast is the same I was taught when I worked for Paramount. And.. BTW.. Yes a woman with a sword. That woman is the producer as well as fight coordinator. No sexist crud. Also: 20% of the cast has experience and the rest are 1st time learners who have little time to learn. No approvals on anything that may affect confidence. Don't you have something better to do?

  • few nice moves but overall very funny for someone who knows how to handle sword

  • I looked at your videos and I see some nice moves there as well. People can see the difference between stage fights and reenactment by watching both videos. The cast is growing with the project now and Ed and I are able to teach them more. Each year we add or change something. One day we'll have the same cast every year and we can make things even fancier. You can watch the 2008 videos here as well as newer ones on the bcrenfest youtube page. This video was our first year.

  • I am looking forward to this year's fights. Members of the Jade Dragon went down to the Portland Pirate Fest and spent time with Pirates of Puget Sound and BOOM. It's wonderful to see how each acting troupe handles the blades.

  • love this one
