90% of them don't run with winter tires on either; thinking they can get away with bald all-seasons. Sorry, but you still live in Canada and it still snows - put the damn winter tires on! Idiots.

The problem with Vancouver snow is that it often occurs just below zero, and then the temperature will rise above zero and then the rain just ices everything over. That, combined with lack of winter tires..and you know the result.

i had my licence for just over a month when this storm hit and i got around just fine in my 1991 s10. drive slow and leave lots of space. never fails me

@Liquadia Once or twice a season it snows. Usually gone the next day. It isn't unheard of to have a winter snow free

It's funny because in France, when we got a little snow, it's a big mess on our roads. So we are joking, like "We suck, look in Canada, they got a lot of snow, and they don't have any problem!". Now, I know it's not true. :)

@revaholic the lack of winter tires dont mean anything its the dumb drivers ..... i had a 2500 chevy and i had all season on it and no weight in the back and i never had a problem driving it in the winter rain snow or ice
