Ramirez from Skies Of Arcadia Legends.
I wanted to make a tribute dedicated to him. He is my most favorite boss.
Everyone fears he's Silver Eclipse attack. :)
Its a shame he had a change of heart. Poor Fina, she cared about him so much.
