Isaac comes back in DS2. if you watch downfall and aftermath, it explains more. Issac is used by the church of Unitology since he was in direct contact with the marker and lived. but what kills me is those religious freaks, after everything that happened are still bound and determined to try and get control of the marker and the monster DNA for their "ascension" purposes. sick bastards. seems like it was there to imprison the alien monsters, DNA and all, not unlock the key to evolution.

This game was incredible! I hope they dont mess it up when it becomes a movie if they do it right it could become this generation's "Alien/Aliens" only the first two lets forget the 3rd one every existed.
