Compact tire recycling system on day of installation Forward Vission Green bay Wisconsin

New system we recently built and installed at forward vision Environmental in Green Bay Wisconsin. This is a single stage primary and secondary tire shredding system which can produce 1.5 to 3.5 tons per hour 1" to 2" nominal chip. This is a 150 Horsepower shredder with integral trommel screen and out feed conveyor. The design of this system greatly reduces valuable floor space Compared to comparable systems on the market. A in-feed conveyor and a out-feed transfer conveyor was installed on this system after this video making it a one man operation. Stay tuned for the portable version comming soon!!
