  • I'm doing this 3 times a week and this is my third and it is getting easier! The abs are easy for me but the arms are challenging! I have never worked out my triceps! Only biceps! I am also doing your runners legs workout

  • Great workout. Those "Eagle" crunches - I call them"Evil" crunches because they always make me wanna cry towards the end, but you're right - I love it ! :)

  • I have been working out for about 3 years but I have never really focused on my arms (even though they are my weakest part of my body) but now I am so happy I found this video! I feel the shake soo bad in my arms, but I already feel an improvement, and I have probably done this video about 8 times. Thanks so much ! :)

  • I can't believe I had missed this one Cassey. I do all your videos all the time but had never seen this one. I enjoyed it! Loved the arms exercises, but quite challenging for me, My arms are my weakest point!!!

  • wow, even though I have to say I workout a lot, this was def a challenge. I had to stop a couple of times during the triceps since push-ups/planks have always been my weak spots. great video!
