ok just to set the record straight here, this guy is call Tu Jin Shen, have seen him break pole/bars live before, he then went on to break solid blocks of ice 8-10" thick - not just one block but 5 stacked on top of each other, before hanging a shit load of weights from his nuts. he then jumped on a box of eggs without breaking them and painted a chinese saying - dont ask what it said ? - the guy is a legend in internal martial arts, you fools he trains Taiwanese military, hardly a fake

definitely not your standard steel pipe. clearly made for this demonstration. A regular 1045 steel pipe , you'd have trouble doing that with a hammer, and then would be really hard to bend it after you've flattened it.
