HTC hero (sprint) , its not all green grass

hey, what is that thing you have that shows what apps are currently running. Is that only on the hero?

its advanced taskiller i think, no you can get this on any android capable device. Its in the market, just search task manager or task killer.

Have you been experiencing any problems with the youtube app on the hero lately? For some reason, it occasionally displays a "Sorry, this video cannot be played" message for me.

yes i've been expiriencing that for about a month now, i've read online that its a widespread thing with android not hero specific and it really only happens with peoiple who use the application often. If you just click the video a couple times in a row it eventually starts to play , there should be a fix to that iwth the 2.1 update. Hope this helps, don't forget to subscribe!

wait your talking about the on board memory if i remember correctly the hero HAS AN SD SLOT the pre DOESNT thats all you get you cant extend it so they had to give it a good bit of mem

yes, my problem with that though is that loading your photos and music and the such, much faster when you have onboard flash memory vs an sd card, so in my opinion it just serves for a better expirience. don't forget to subscribe!

i have HTC Hero form Sprint too,,

but my old one(same phone) had some battery problems so I went to sprint and they just gave me a new one(this happened today).

and i noticed that the new one that i got is slightly different and its ways faster than my old one.

I got the samsung moment it's cool but the htc hero is better but the moment had multitouch and more homescreens and widgets then they would be equal

First off this is a decent review but somethings I can say are can be fixed. Like when he said the phone needs onboard memory cause it moves slow when listening to music well if you get a class 6 sd card then it isnt slow and the processor on that phone vs the moment isnt really recognizable.I have had both phones and its not a big difference as it looks on paper. Also, if you root the hero then pinch to zoom is much smoother and i havent noticed keyboard lag
