Just to prove that a girly guitar can actually sound ok! Memory card ran out hence the abrupt end

  • add a white emg 81

  • it'll be getting an uprated humbucker once I trash the strings and get round to taking it all apart - the standard pickup is pretty shitty

  • Hey bro, cool vid! I'm considering buying this guitar, because I still have some spare parts flying around and this guitar seems perfect for modding. So is it possible to exchange pickups on this one? I want to put in a EVH Frankenstein pickup, an old Warmoth neck and a chrome Floyd Rose. XD

  • I haven't modded this one but it looks like it'd be a simple job of replaced the pickup (usual simple strat set up). Not too sure on the floyd rose though as this has got a fixed bridge

  • i may sound stupid to you but whats a fixed bridge?

  • Where the strings come through the body and then go 90 degrees to the headstock, that bit of metal is a bridge. This one is fixed, which means it doesn't move at all, unlike a normal strat or a floyd rose which goes both ways.

  • Rocking out with a stock Hello Kitty strat is bad ass...

Upgrading several parts isn't. You might as well buy a quality guitar and put a Hello Kitty sticker on it. It's pointless.

  • Every real guitarist has one of there.

  • @JaimeOctober Alright

  • @LynwoodAvenue--Sounds like ur afraid of pussy in the 1st place!

  • I have a super modded black and a pink too. Swapped necks on the black one to a 22 fret rosewood. Cold rolled steel bridge. A white Duncan "black out" planet waves locking tuners n 500k volume pot with a kill switch mod... I love that turd as much as my modded 85 MIJ system 3 contempory strat. The pink one I refretted the neck to stainless frets and used a brass nut and bridge with a supra distortion n the same other mods... I bought them mint for 150 a piece. They get killer reactions on stage!

  • @LynwoodAvenue Jajaja! Nice! It´s a Black Cat Pussy! Ew

  • Great playing but the guitar is not Hello Kitty enough. It has to be PINK. No exceptions. =)

  • Nooo,

    Don't stop... More!

  • @7Stringerstinger The pickup is body mounted so you have to take the pickguard off, and then unscrew the pickup from the body. You have to watch it, though. It's a little tricky with this guitar, you might have to make the pickguard a bit larger for aftermarket pickups. I have a TB5 on mine.

  • @LynwoodAvenue I prefer shaved

  • Hello BRUTALITY!
