  • A lot of folks in the UK trash the place...saying it's gone to the dogs or it's really gone downhill. I think it's a grand place! I love the rivers and the countryside and the antiquity. You never know what you got till it's gone. I love this vid. I've done part of the trip many times. Makes me really homesick as I'm now living in Canada. Thanks big time for this vid! Appreciated.

  • @plumberxxx1 thanks for that..... its funny how you dont appreciate where you live!? if I moved away from Suffolk, I cant even imagine missing it if I left. Canada sounds much better and I'd love to move there.

  • Im really wasted on wheat beer. The front wheel is out of my bike and the tyre is off ready for my new freeride tyres to be fitted, then it will be real Extreme.

  • You suffolk extreme paddlers.... you dont know when to stop being extreme. even the beer you drink has to be.......extreme.

  • Hi Richard. Yes, Canada is a great place especially where I live, in Nova Scotia. I think you'd love it because no place I've ever been has so many lakes and rivers. The coastline would stretch from New York to San Francisco. Many hundreds of deserted beaches in pristine condition. I miss friends more than anything I suppose. Yes, it's the friends and the memories. I think we're one of the few major countries to have avoided the economic meltdown so best to remain here for a while! U take care!

  • Wow looks like a really nice trip, the Flues pretty Extreme. I am not sure if this bow paddler is better than the one in Wales.
