i dont understand what you are doing with your elbows. are you driving them into your leg? when i put my knee behind him and sit back down my opponents guard is still closed

Best quote from this video: "He can't go anywhere without his neck," lol how true tht is

Thanks! Very well explained. I have been having problems doing this right because I left out the underhook. Do you have a good counter for this?

the crossface at the end is money!!! you have some awesome videos on here man. thanks for sharing them.

This is my favourite guard pass. works alllllllll the time provided i dont get too excited once i get the knee in

he wont. its a guard break move. you dont hit the groin you do pressure on the groin.... and in mma the mos effective but still dangerous way to break a guard is ground n pound...
I'm having trouble of the pop up part because my opponent is grabbing my ankles and taking me down, any tips?

@k3nd4lll Keep your legs farther away from him when you pop up. Notice in the video that I'm leaving my base far enough away from him that he can't really reach down and grab either side.
Thanks for watching, and please check out the site!

@k3nd4lll Sorry... It's in our earlier guard break videos. Check out the white/blue belt series at our site. I think it's in there. Thanks for watching.

nice vid. can u demonstrate surfer side control and diamond/combat guard. There used to be a vids on here but they took it down. I hope you know what i mean. I love what you guys do and i have confidence that you'd explain it well if you've seen it before.

Unfortunately- I've never heard of surfer side control or diamond/combat guard. Perhaps I know the positions but call them something different. Can you elaborate? Thanks for watching.
