  • I have fallen in love with this method of eating right and losing weight. My dad is from Indonesia and I used to eat a lot of food growing up and I didn't gain a lot of weight. Once I got to college I ballooned up to 300+ pounds. Im doing this because I know it will work. Thank you Linda for getting this word out. I can't wait to get the book.

  • I wish I could get more people to try this. It really works without alot of exercises too. It's like the weight melts off. And I make a soup with any vegetable.
