  • The Quinoa I buy says to cook it using 3 parts water to 1 part Quinoa

  • I am currently cooking this for the first time. According to the directions 1 cup quinoa to 1 1/2 cup water simmered for 30 minutes.....but its been ten minutes and all the water is gone.......OH THEY LIED AT THE MARKET......adding half a cup more water. Thanks danispies!

  • You're pretty cool, you seem very comfortable on camera and I found this video quite informative!

  • Just found this stuff today, looking up superfoods :-) Do you think you can cook it like a pilaf?

  • Wow. 11mac11s is that comment ever rude.

  • This video is great... thanks! I think organic sprouted quinoa is even tastier than the brands displayed! I just posted a bunch of international recipes on my blog if interested... (TasteItMyWay on Blogger) regards Chef, Gary

  • I tried a new quinoa recipe the other day. Basically you boil it with celery and carrots and fresh coriander, then serve it with a dressing made from olive oil, red wine vinegar, fenugreek sage salt and pepper. DELICIUOS!
