  • What kind of flour are you using, and what is the name of the container you are puting the dough in to rise?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? TIA!!!!

  • @texansoldlady In this video we used white wheat that we had ground, but you can also use regular All purpose flour. The containers are made by rubbermaid you can get them at any restaurant supply store and they come in many sizes. We use them all the time in our kitchen.

  • really not using the mixer right way, look for other videos to see the right way. the bosch really does kneed and mix easy and very well.

  • @happyguy386 Yes the Bosch does mix very well when put together. We just did not have the lid on to show the consistency of the dough/, and that is why it wiggled so much.

  • poor blend

  • I've been making bread in a Bosch since the mid 70's when I got one of the old Magic Mixers as it shown here. You absolutely don't have to do all that mess with switching from the whisks to the hook, at all. If you have some idea of how much flour you need, you simply start with the hook and start adding flour, quickly and then more slowly. Plus, you risk breaking whisks this less-efficient way.

  • You absolutely do NOT need to put your dough back in the mixer. I've been making my own bread for several years now and have never had a problem. I've also read on several professional bread making web sites that it is not receommended that you even puch down your bread. you should be gentle with it and sticking it in the mixer again after it's first rise is definitely not gentile.

  • bosh shit mixer

  • Stick to using the Viking standmixer, The Bosch just doesn't seem strong enough for the job.

  • Im am loving this recipe, it worked wonderful in my new Bosch and though I tweaked it a bit ( added honey instead of sugar, and added more salt and yeast) it tasted awesome. thank you !!!

  • why aren't you using the dough hook?

  • Coooool, Bosch designed a dancing mixer!!!
