Others might have come very close technically to getting the essence of Hendrix riffs Hendrix's primary objective wasn't just to be a technical guitarist there are others that do that thing.
Hendrix was a master of the whole song creation process which is why he was in a league of his own. He composed strong hooks that had mega mojo.

@nazizombiesforps3 yes the real deal,.. sadly the pawn shop closed up some time back ..don't know if he quit the business or moved,, but I sure appreciate getting to talk with him about the music and Hendrix. I have some autographs and photos with him also

cool ! thats a riff jimi and billy worked out back in the army days.. I've talked to billy on a few occasions ,he owns a pawn shop right outside of town. super nice person !
