  • He was at 75 during this training session. At the end of the 8th grade season he was at 80.

  • ima post a video of my friend chris hes plays varsity hes 15. he throws 85-91 hes insane (however hes not always acurte)

  • But not 80. There's no way.

  • your shoulders need to be parrallel with ground, higher leg kick, further stride, get lower center of gravity.... itll help alot

  • When 11 throwing 60 is not hard i when i was 11 i threw high 60's touching 70 and know 14 and throw in mid to upper 80s

  • how old are you?? If your younger than 16 there is no way you throw 80. Your gun might be broken. I'm 11 and I almost throw 60, true fact.

  • lift leg more at least waist level...point toe too ground on kick..that will help you land on ball of foot and not heal and FOLLOW OVER..get low and use all your height and trunk turn and waist turn
