It's not the fault of one OR the other, but both: the bus is going too fast and speeds up if anything to pass the turning car, rather than slow or come to a stop; car in completely wrong lane to turn left turn and should have carried on going. Both drivers clearly at fault: lack of hazard awareness.

@trukdrivur You're right, and if you look at the beginning when the video itself even points out the red car about to cut of the bus, you can see the bus hit the brakes and swerve left. At towards the end of the 0:04 seconds you can see right where he hits the brakes and the bus jerks to the left a little bit.

uhh.. if you pay attention to the immediate beginning, the red car is in the far right lane slowing down, just glimpsed behind the yellow truckthat stops in the distance. the car cut left to make a turn while the bus was coming through; the bus driver seems to have swerved left in a futile effort to avoid the car. it's the car's fault.
